Aerials photographs have revealed the apocalyptic scale of destruction caused by the Valencia floods - as the disaster's death toll hit 158 this afternoon.
At least 95 people have died in Spain after torrential rains triggered the country’s deadliest floods in decades, unleashing a deluge of muddy water that turned village streets into rivers, destroyed homes and swept away bridges, railways tracks and cars.
The grim discovery in the La Torre district of Valenica brings the total number of deaths from the devastating floods to over 100.
At least 155 deaths recorded in the eastern region of Valencia, two in Castilla-La Mancha and one in Andalusia.
