Israel's parliament on Monday approved two bills that will prevent the UN refugee agency for Palestinians from operating in Israel.
The United Nations Security Council warned Israel not to shut down its Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) which services Palestinians in east Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza.
The strike reportedly killed at least 93 Palestinians, including 20 children, and wounded dozens of others.
He described the move as a serious violation of the human rights of Palestinian refugees, considering that UNRWA has been playing a vital role in helping the refugees affected by the prolonged conflict.
